On December 15, 2020, General Manager Wang of Zhengda Steel delivered a keynote speech titled "To Future You" to first-year International Trade students at Tianjin Business Vocational College. As a flagship initiative of the Industry-Academy Co-Education Program, this event bridged classroom learning with real-world industry expertise through actionable insights from a steel trade leader.
Addressing 100+ students, GM Wang shared his career journey from frontline sales to corporate leadership, framed by three pillars of professional success:
